Koat pitha, fritters made from mashed ripe bananas, rice flour and jaggery are enjoyed as a snack in Arunachal Pradesh.
Ingredients :
- 2 ripe elaichi bananas mashed
- 2 tbsps jaggery syrup
- A pinch of salt
- Rice flour enough to bind them
- Ghee to fry the pitha
Method :
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients, roll them into desired shape. Heat ghee/ clarified butter and deep fry to a rich golden brown.
