Fresh and juicy drumsticks cooked in jaggery and seasoned with mustard and broken red chillies are a delicacy. The joy of plucking fresh homegrown drumsticks and turning them into a sabzi is beyond compare!
- 2 drumsticks
- 1tbsp Parachute Coconut oil
- A piece of jaggery
- 1tsp mustard
- 2 dry red chillies broken into bits.
Cut the Drumstick into two inch long pieces. Heat a tbsp of oil. Add a spoon of mustard and after it splutters add the broken red chilly bits. Toss. Add the drumsticks, salt and enough water to cook it. When it is three fourth done add a piece of jaggery and cook till done.
